Sharon Wingert is the President and Sr. Perception Scientist at Tactical Data Group. Her expertise lies in applying principles of psychophysics and experimental psychology, a skill honed under the mentorship of the renowned Dr. Howard Moskowitz.

Wingert’s career has been marked by groundbreaking collaborations and successful strategies. In the aviation industry, her work led to the development of a private jet airline booking system for empty leg flights. As the Marketing Director for Chemstar Corporation, she spearheaded the marketing strategy and communication tactics, contributing to the company’s acquisition by Ecolabs, a Microsoft-owned company, in 2019.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Wingert is an active member of the scientific research community, contributing to publications on diverse topics from economic development to defense. She is passionate about mentoring young professionals, inspired by the guidance she received from Moskowitz.

In her personal life, Wingert is a devoted mother who enjoys spending time with her family and playing ping pong. Alongside her professional endeavors, she owns a charming bed and breakfast with her husband in the historic town of Stafford, Virginia, where they welcome guests from around the world.

Wingert’s entrepreneurial spirit is deeply influenced by her parents and her grandmother, Hortensia Starke, a former congressman of the Philippines.
