LEA REHM
VP of Grant Development

Lea Rehm serves as the Vice President of Grants Development. In this role, she supervises the Tactical Data Group grant division, assists clients with governmental and regulatory agencies, oversees strategic outline development, and helps with account and contract tracking. She is acknowledged as a proficient leader with strong attention to detail and analytical ability in developing quality grant applications. Her comprehensive understanding of all government procedures, regulations, and contracts significantly benefits the company’s expanding client base.

Originally from Columbia County, Lea earned an Environmental Geoscience degree at Bloomsburg University in 2017. During her time there, she volunteered within the Briar Creek Association for Watershed Solutions to help redevelop streambank restoration for a local horse rescue. Following this, she worked with Lycoming County, focusing on MS4 (rain and stormwater collection systems) programs. In this capacity, she supported the County GIS department in mapping stormwater systems, including locating stormwater grates, pipes, and their conditions.

Lea joined the West Branch Regional Authority (WBRA) in 2019 and became a certified Water Operator. Continuing her work at WBRA, she advanced to the role of Manager of the Water Department in 2020, providing assistance to WBRA personnel in operating the Muncy Borough Municipal Authority water system.

Lea currently resides in Montgomery with her two dogs, Odin and Nyx, who are respectively named after the Norse god of magic and poets and the Greek goddess personifying night.
