BRITTNEE VANN
Senior Consultant

Brittnee Vann performs in our Grant Development team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Redevelopment Assistance Capital Project (RACP) funding. She has experience in every step of the RACP process and has streamlined the state’s RACP information making the application procedure, project management proposal, and reimbursement requests as easy as possible for our clients.

Brittnee holds a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management and an MBA in Sustainability and Environmental Compliance, proudly earning a 4.0 from Southern New Hampshire University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Her previous work know-how includes managing underground utility projects with sewer, storm sewer, and water, and supervising an inflow and infiltration team.

During that time, she volunteered as Secretary-Treasurer of the West Branch COG, assisting municipalities with their paving projects. Shortly after, she worked as the secretary and treasurer for a neighboring borough, which is where she started her career in grant writing leading her to us! Brittnee’s love for complex projects and her light-hearted humor make her a valuable asset to our TDG family.

In her free time, Brittnee is her son and daughter’s biggest fan in their extra-curricular activities, a cat mom, an ethical hunter and self-proclaimed homesteader, a lover of cooking and baking new recipes, and a board game sommelier.
