TONYA ANDERSON
Managing Partner
Tonya Anderson, M.S. CMHC, CACREP Accredited, specializes in strategy and development and brings a wealth of experience to her role at TDG. As a registered lobbyist in Virginia and Pennsylvania, she passionately advocates for TDG’s clients to secure beneficial outcomes. Tonya’s extensive background includes attending the U.S. Naval Academy, serving in the United States Navy, earning a B.A. in Public Administration from the University of Hawaii, and an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lock Haven University.
ROBIN VAN AUKEN
Senior Consultant
Robin Van Auken, a senior consultant at Tactical Data Group, is a leader in the Grant Development and Submission division. Her focus is on the grant development needs of municipalities and nonprofit organizations. With a successful track record as a grant writer, she also excels as a team leader. Robin’s career is distinguished by her diverse roles, from researcher to writer, college educator, and registered professional archaeologist. She holds a B.A. and M.A. in anthropology from the University of South Florida.
BRIDGET KANE
VP Grant Administration
Bridget C. Kane is a senior consultant working with clients in the Grant Administration division for Tactical Data Group. She also excels at writing, research, and community outreach. A graduate of the University of Maryland with an M.S. in sustainable development and conservation biology, she also earned a B.S. in wildlife ecology and conservation and a B.A. in anthropology from the University of Florida.

VP Grant Development
In this role, she supervises the Tactical Data Group grant division, assists clients with governmental and regulatory agencies, oversees strategic outline development, and helps with account and contract tracking. She is acknowledged as a proficient leader with strong attention to detail and analytical ability in developing quality grant applications. Her comprehensive understanding of all government procedures, regulations, and contracts significantly benefits the company’s expanding client base.

Brittnee Vann is a senior consultant in Grant Administration. She specializes in post-award administration of local, state, and federal grants, with particular attention to state Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) awards in the external application review and construction monitoring phases.

Jan Ogurcak is a senior consultant working with police, fire, EMS, and emergency management clients. She joined the grant writing team after retiring as Director of Public Programming and Outreach at the World of Little League Museum, where she was part of the team overseeing its $1.4 million renovation.

Senior Consultant
Maggi Ashworth Jones joined the grant writing team after retiring as Vice President, in Texas for Sandhill PR Partners, an agency that covered the top luxury and media markets in the U.S., from the East Coast to the West Coast, with offices in Silicon Valley, and Palo Alto, California, Houston, Texas, and New York City.
